  • Licensed to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction (Illinois preferred but not required).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in labor and employment law in the Americas region , at least 2 of these years in a corporate role
  • Intellectual curiosity and agility—able to quickly research and grasp unfamiliar legal frameworks, assess risks, and confidently provide well-reasoned guidance in new jurisdictions.
  • Strong contract drafting and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).

What do we offer?

  • Global impact – Be part of a legal team supporting an industry leader in mapping, navigation, and location technology.
  • Challenging - The opportunity to solve meaningful, complex problems.
  • Technology Company - Exposure to cutting-edge technologies
  • Collaborative culture – Work in a dynamic, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
