Reporting to the Manager Business Operations You will lead projects from concept through commercialization to support our needs.  Using Conagra processes, you will help ensure the integration of initiatives into business processes are implemented by developing and managing project timelines, identifying and solving problems, and collaboratively leading cross-functional teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage Innovation, Renovation, Cost Savings, Product/Process Improvement, and Supply Continuity projects through commercialization
  • Develop and manage project timelines
  • Lead problem identification activities and drive solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners including R&D, Supply Planning, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Regulatory
  • Track material run outs and transitions
  • Track SAP setup of new items
  • Process gap identification and solution recommendation

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, Packaging Engineering or related areas required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple projects. 
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the company and communicating milestones
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Travel up-to 20%
  • Days in the office: 3 Tuesday through Thursday

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
