You Might Be a Good Fit If

  • You have hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production systems, with a strong DevOps mindset.
  • You’ve built and supported web and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools and frameworks.
  • You’re excited by infrastructure as code, automation, and driving platform-level improvements that support other engineering teams.
  • You enjoy working deeply on technical systems but also communicate clearly and proactively with the team.
  • Talking to users or teammates to understand pain points and drive solutions energizes you.

Perks of Working with Us

  • Do meaningful work in healthcare—supporting real users whose lives are improved by your contributions.
  • Build platform capabilities that directly accelerate product delivery for a well-loved product with strong product-market fit.
  • Enjoy fully remote work with no “return to office” — we’ve been remote since day one.
  • Take advantage of flexible scheduling, a globally asynchronous team culture, and unlimited paid time off.
  • Estimated total annual compensation: $200,000-$400,000. Each candidate's compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
