Uline's award-winning Creative department is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support this powerhouse team of 170+ professionals. Bring your eye for detail and superior organizational skills to our growing company!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Uline’s Creative department, partnering with all teams to achieve their goals and functions.

  • Manage multiple department calendars and provide logistical support for on-site meetings and events.

  • Assist in preparing Creative design materials and with hands-on project tasks as needed.

  • Collect and organize data to write memos and department communications.

  • Support planning and execution for Creative employee engagement events and initiatives.

  • Order and organize department supplies and samples.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, advanced in Outlook.

  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
